Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Create and review knowledge articles for Synopsys Information Technology.
- Handle system access requests and feedback on knowledge articles.
- Learn basic troubleshooting for PCs, application software, and network communications.
- Participate in projects and perform QA testing of applications.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic experience with PCs, MS Office, email, and the internet.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs.
- English majors are encouraged to apply.
- English Language Proficiency Certification will be an added advantage.
