Administrative Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for office resource planning, office space construction and operation management
• Responsible for the construction of cultural atmosphere, employee welfare and the planning and implementation of employee activities
• Responsible for the sorting out and implementation of the administrative system operation management mechanism and rules
• Responsible for formulating various administrative emergency plans and emergency response mechanisms, and coordinating and tracking special events and customer complaints.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, any major
• Love administrative work and be able to withstand certain work pressure
• Proficient in using various daily office software and office equipment, able to independently organize large-scale team activities and have innovative awareness
• Be upright, honest, serious, down-to-earth, have team spirit, sense of responsibility and overall perspective
• Have excellent coordination, organization, presentation, analysis and planning abilities.

Bonus points:

• Those with video editing or graphic design skills.
