Game Distribution / Operation Trainee Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities for this role include the following:

• Deeply explore game-related data, gain insight into players’ preferences and trends, and provide strong support for the development of games
• Listen to players’ voices, interact with them in the game community, gain insight into and understand them, and care about them
• Responsible for user operations, planning interesting and attractive activities, completing commercial operations and event operations, and achieving active and commercial goals. Through reasonable business models and strategies, provide players with unique value and experience, while creating sustainable income and growth for the game
• Responsible for the operation of various game platforms and channels, realize game promotion and cooperation, spread the charm of the game to more people, and let more people experience the joy of the game.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Any major, solid comprehensive quality, excellent academic performance, love of games, and attention to the dynamics of the game industry
• Have excellent learning ability, creativity, communication ability, logical thinking, system analysis and text organization ability, and be able to gain pleasure from thinking about the laws of things
• Be willing to accept new things and pay close attention to popular culture, innovative technology or e-sports;  
• Love life and pay attention to human nature.

Bonus points:

• Have extensive online gaming experience or experience in e-sports participation
• Ability to speak English, Japanese or Korean fluently
