Game Planning Trainee Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for the design of various modules of the game, including but not limited to gameplay, levels, systems, values, audio and world view
• As an architect and maintainer, design the world that players play in, design new content that players need, communicate with players, and collect and solve pain points in the player's gaming experience
• Participate in user research and coordinate resources during the R&D process to ensure the complete implementation of the design.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Love a certain category of games, be a game enthusiast of this category, and be familiar with classic games of this category. Become the number one player of your own game project, be very familiar with your own game products, and understand the demands of your own game users
• Active thinking, creative, passionate about the Internet industry, and actively paying attention to new things
• Complete the transition from the player perspective to the planning perspective. The essence of game planning and designing new content is to combine personal accumulation in games, movies, novels or works of art with user demands to create new content
• Excellent learning ability, communication ability, logical thinking and coordination ability, able to convey personal creative ideas to programmers, artists and audio personnel through planning proposals
• Have good aesthetic sense and certain programming ability, so as to better achieve the desired effect in the implementation design process.
