Investment Operations Analyst - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Monitor key performance indicators of invested companies and conduct performance analyses, including collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, and provide performance improvement recommendations for selected companies
• Support the deal team to manage the invested companies, including making daily management decisions, supporting communication, keeping documentation, and helping with other related activities
• Coordinate value-added service demands from the invested companies and connect them with the value-added service teams in Tencent
• Conduct analyses of macro economy and related industries to identify new investment opportunities and support investment decisions

About You

• Strong interest, passion, and business sense for TMT, investment, and Tencent

• Bachelor/Master's degree from top universities
• Fluency in English
