Legal Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the drafting, review, and formulation of contract documents, and handling escalated complaints and legal correspondence related to business
• Conduct legal risk assessment and management according to business needs and purposes, and put forward feasible suggestions
• Track and interpret policy and legal trends in the Internet industry to promote compliance operations
• Participate in the construction and implementation of compliance systems
• Handle case disputes and related litigation
• Assist and support the company's investment and M&A projects

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law or above, good English; passionate about the Internet industry and products
• Cheerful personality, positive work attitude, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong execution
