Market Research Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Gain insights into industry development trends, capture market and user changes, and provide cutting-edge and unique judgment basis for company strategy and business strategy
• Continue to accumulate insights into the overall consumer market, changes in market demand, differences in user groups, etc., to explore business opportunities and warn of risks
• Through scientific market research methods, transform the voice of the market and users into objective and comprehensive decision-making information
• Keep pace with the times and optimize the methods and means of obtaining market and user changes, and more efficiently and sensitively grasp the signals of the times and industry iterations
• Have strong information integration and analysis capabilities, accurately express user insights with business value, provide necessary decision-making suggestions to business decision-makers at all levels, and promote implementation.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Major in psychology, sociology, marketing, statistics or related majors
• Have a spirit of exploration and study, and have a strong interest in research and analysis
• Have a certain level of insight and solid theoretical knowledge or practical experience in user psychology and behavior exploration
• Like to communicate and interview with people, have good communication skills, and understand or have learned the professional knowledge of qualitative interviews
• Good problem analysis and summarization skills, data sensitivity and logical thinking ability
• Have good communication and coordination skills, written expression skills and speaking skills.

Bonus points:

• Basic theories of market research, questionnaire design and common statistical analysis expertise
• Master data processing software such as SPSS, SAS, and EXCEL.
