Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively learn and understand the needs of target markets/ customers/ users, be familiar with business details such as products and technologies, and assist in refining brand or business value positioning and marketing strategy planning
• Achieve brand building and related marketing/sales goals for products/platforms/services through various marketing means such as brand, creativity, content, channels, and activities, and effectively follow up and manage the entire project cycle under guidance to ensure project progress and quality
• Have data-driven decision-making thinking, and be able to optimize marketing strategies through data analysis to improve marketing reach, influence, and conversion effects
• Have an innovative mindset and continue to explore innovative marketing methods and means

About you

Qualifications:

• Priority is given to applicants with majors in marketing, or business management, or those with a strong interest in marketing, innovative thinking, and keen market insight
• Loves the Internet, be familiar with the main development direction and concepts of the Internet, and have a keen market awareness
• Possess business awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong logical inductive reasoning ability, creative thinking ability, and excellent solution presentation ability
• Have a high sense of responsibility and goal-oriented execution and problem-solving abilities
