Platform Product Manager (Technical Background) - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product planning and operation of toB (or toG) platform products, providing competitive product solutions, and achieving product growth and commercialization goals
• Pay attention to the industry ecology and trends of similar products, formulate industry cooperation and market operation plans based on product advantages, and enhance industry influence
• Continue to pay attention to the development trend of cloud computing, and implement technical products based on the analysis of industry benchmarks and technical principles
• Build business data monitoring system, IT support, customer service system, channel and marketing system, continuously improve system architecture, operational efficiency, and cost, and improve sales conversion efficiency
• Conduct business research and collect customer feedback, refine common needs and determine priorities, and promote continuous resolution of sales or customer pain points
