Safety Technology Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Use cutting-edge security technology to protect all of Tencent's innovative products and services, and safeguard the development of hundreds of millions of users, enterprises, and innovative businesses
• Responsible for following up and researching the industry's top network security attack and defense technologies, implementing them in combination with business needs, and maintaining the competitive advantage of key security technologies
• Responsible for customizing security solutions for products and services such as communications and social networking, digital content, financial technology, and tool software, and developing, operating, and optimizing system tools such as anti-intrusion, anti-attack, anti-hijacking, and auditing
• Responsible for security risk assessment and security plan planning, design, and implementation, responsible for an emergency response to security incidents, analyzing and tracking incidents, locating problems and developing solutions, carrying out data lifecycle security construction, sorting out security risks and promoting governance

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

Qualifications:

• Any major, with technical insight, a fanatical pursuit of security technology, enthusiasm for new technologies, and a willingness to maintain long-term focus and investment in the security field
• Be familiar with vulnerability mining, network security attacks, and defense technologies, and understand common hacker attack methods
• Proficient in C/C++ language, familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Java/PHP/Go
• Have a good reserve of basic computer knowledge such as database, operating system, and network principles

Bonus Points:

• Have experience in actual software reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, or countermeasure solution development
• Have project or internship experience in big data security risk control, red-blue confrontation, host security, traffic security, etc.
• Have experience in security penetration testing, security threat analysis, and emergency response
