Technical Art - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve and optimize rendering effects to ensure that the effects meet art design goals and game performance requirements
• Develop and optimize animation production processes and toolchains to enhance the expressiveness of game animations
• Develop and continuously improve toolchains or automated workflows for art production to improve work efficiency
• Design and improve the art workflow in game development, formulate relevant standards and develop the necessary workflow tools
• Write and maintain technical documentation to assist team members in understanding and complying with established work processes and standards

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with good English proficiency
• Have a certain programming foundation and graphics knowledge, and be able to understand common technical concepts
• Proficient in at least one programming language (such as C++, C#, Python, etc.), familiar with mainstream game engines (such as Unity or Unreal Engine), and proficient in at least one DCC tool (such as Maya, 3dsMax, Houdini, etc.)
• Clear thinking, good communication and comprehension skills, good at sorting out and summarizing complex information
• Positive work attitude, conscientious and responsible, good team spirit, able to collaborate efficiently in a diverse team environment

Bonus Points:

• Have a good foundation in art or relevant experience in technical art
