Technical Research - Data Science (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Participate in business data analysis and data model construction based on massive data scenarios to drive business growth.
• Responsible for planning and building business data indicator system and analysis system, constructing intelligent decision-making methodology, and finding business revenue growth points.
• Verify the effectiveness and value of evaluation strategies through experimental science, causal inference and other methods.
• Build user portraits, construct feature engineering implementation plans, continuously optimize and improve data models, and improve online data service effects.
• Follow up on the latest progress in the fields of advertising, recommendation, NLP, complex networks, etc., and quickly implement and apply them to practical tasks.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, economics, communications, etc.
• Rigorous logical thinking ability and solid mathematical professional knowledge foundation; master the basic theories in common statistical analysis, experimental design, machine learning and other fields.
• Have excellent coding skills, solid knowledge of data structure and algorithm, proficiency in at least one programming language, use of Java, Scala, C++, R, Python and other big data basic tools, and ability to process large-scale data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and passionate about solving challenging problems.
• Familiar with one or more of machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining. Candidates with relevant practical project experience are preferred.
• Clear communication skills; efficient collaboration skills; proactive and self-driven; rigorous and systematic thinking; critical thinking.

Bonus points or notes

• Published high-level papers in top conferences or core journals in related fields.
• Have relevant internship experience.
• Achieved top-ranking results in mainstream competitions recognized by the industry.
