User Research Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Based on the research needs, communicate with the business side to clarify the research purpose, and complete the research design of the project
• Responsible for tracking and studying industry dynamics and user behavior trends, deeply exploring user needs through quantitative and qualitative research methods, and providing data support and strategic recommendations for product iteration and innovation
• Responsible for the execution and promotion of research projects, and follow-up on the application of research results in business

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Familiar with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as questionnaire surveys, user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, eye movement testing, etc.
• Have a broad perspective, strong logical thinking ability, high initiative, efficient execution, excellent understanding, communication and coordination skills, and certain written expression skills
• National English Test Band 4 or above

Bonus Points/Preferred Skills:

• Human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, sociology, statistics, marketing, or computer-related majors.
