Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Participate in the launch of drive system components and troubleshoot issues with a global team.
- Design test fixtures and experiments for motor, gearbox, and drive unit components.
- Compile test data, analyze impacts on design, and recommend next steps.
- Build prototypes of drive units, motors, and gearboxes.
- Analyze production and supplier data, supporting supplier development and providing engineering support.
- Assist in building test samples and provide field work support for local and global teams.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A major in an engineering field such as mechanical, material, or automotive.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented skills with strong technical communication abilities.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles and mechanics of materials.
- Experience in building or testing in a workshop environment and a willingness to engage in hands-on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Previous internship experience in automotive, transmission, gearbox, or motor is a plus.
