As a member of TI's global Chengdu manufacturing base, you will have the opportunity to fully participate in the conception and construction of TI's most intelligent factory.
Job Responsibilities:
As a device engineer, you will work closely with top device suppliers around the world to evaluate, select, debug, and mass-produce devices that meet product requirements for TI
Monitor and analyze the parameters of mass production equipment in real time and take timely measures to avoid production anomalies
Continuously improve equipment performance to meet the needs of lower operation and maintenance costs, more stable, more efficient, and safer production and manufacturing
Be able to communicate efficiently with production line technicians, production personnel, and equipment on-site suppliers to provide timely technical support and guidance so that production line equipment can quickly recover from problems and resume production
Regularly summarize equipment operation status and project progress
About you

2024 graduates (2022-2023 graduates with less than 24 months of work experience are also welcome to apply), bachelor/master degree, engineering-related major
Self-motivation and stress resistance
