Your role
As a TI equipment technician, you will work in a constant temperature clean room and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, problem-solving, performance improvement, and function upgrade of equipment. You will work with the engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the factory to efficiently solve problems in the chip manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
Equipment maintenance: monitor and analyze relevant data and production line conditions, be responsible for promptly troubleshooting and handling equipment failures that affect normal production, maintain normal production of the production line, improve equipment system performance to meet production requirements, and reduce the impact of downtime on production
Equipment modification: timely switch equipment configuration according to demand to meet the production plan requirements of the production line
Equipment maintenance: Use calibration, diagnosis, and related methods and tools to disassemble, calibrate, clean, and maintain the equipment
Production line feedback: responsible for tracking and feedback on major production line issues, including quality, safety, and major equipment issues
Documentation and standardization: Make a written summary of the problems encountered in daily work and production, propose solutions, and standardize and document them
Tracking of important departmental task indicators: Responsible for tracking important departmental task indicators, analyzing and feedback on relevant data, and providing reasonable improvement suggestions

Job Requirements:
College degree or above, graduating in 2024
Priority is given to students majoring in electronics/mechanics/electricity/automobile/materials and other science and engineering majors
Accept shift work, adapt to clean room working environment, full body clean suit, clean gloves and masks
Basic English skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
Strong initiative, positive attitude, and results-oriented
Have good communication and expression skills, fast learning ability, and strong hands-on ability
Have strong teamwork ability and awareness
