Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Drive alignment within business units to meet quality requirements for products, processes, and services.
• Act as the primary quality representative from new process development through product end-of-life.
• Serve as the focal point for customer returns and communication on quality issues.
• Lead a multi-discipline team to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure successful new product ramps meet quality and reliability goals.
• Identify systematic issues and drive continuous improvement across business units.
• Balance customer satisfaction and quality indices.
• Support customer engagements, which may require domestic or international travel.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
