Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Drive alignment within business units to meet quality requirements for products, processes, and services.
- Act as the primary quality representative from new process development through product end-of-life.
- Serve as the focal point for customer returns and communication on quality issues.
- Lead a multi-discipline team to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure successful new product ramps meet quality and reliability goals.
- Identify systematic issues and drive continuous improvement across business units.
- Balance customer satisfaction and quality indices.
- Support customer engagements, which may require domestic or international travel.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
