About Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments designs and manufactures semiconductors and various integrated circuits, which are used in electronics worldwide. The company focuses on developing analog chips and embedded processors that enhance the functionality and efficiency of electronic devices.

Your role

About the HR development program:

  • As a member of the global human resources (HR) team, you will work with leaders across the company to help ensure that TI has the talent and capabilities needed to win in the highly competitive and dynamic semiconductor market. As strategic partners, HR plays a critical role in the company’s success, and you will, too.
  • Are you trying to decide between being a specialist or a generalist? The program gives you the opportunity to explore both – one as an HR business partner and the other in a specialist role (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations, etc.).
  • The HR teams work on important activities across a variety of business and functional issues – all of which align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence.
  • Some of these activities include analyzing TI’s market competitiveness, developing communication strategies to help managers be better leaders, improving recruiting and marketing efforts, identifying high-potential talent and implementing development plans, developing key training modules, planning for long-term talent needs, and much more.

Training & development

Texas Instruments students and new college graduates have a meaningful experience because they focus on helping them do three things:

  • Connect with peers, other TIers, senior leaders, and the community through networking, events, and more.
  • Contribute to, and experience, the groundbreaking innovation happening at TI, an integral part of the culture.
  • Whether it’s through projects, mentorship, or formal training, development is a top priority.

Benefits

Texas Instruments offers a comfortable working environment and excellent benefits that include the following:

During the internship:

  • Competitive internship allowance

If you join as a full-time employee after an internship, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Provide a competitive salary and benefits system
  • Basic salary + full attendance bonus + housing subsidy + shift allowance + overtime pay + 13th salary + annual employee dividend + annual salary adjustment
  • Five social insurances and one housing fund, supplementary commercial insurance, 12-20 days of fully paid annual leave, childcare leave, meal allowance, free shuttle bus, wedding and newborn gifts, holiday benefits, annual physical examination, employee activities, etc.

Career progression

At Texas Instruments, interns will enjoy a balanced internship from 8:30 to 17:30. Post-graduation, benefit from a flexible schedule with rotating shifts every 60 days.
