Your role

As a process technician at TI, you will work in a clean room with constant temperature, be responsible for technical testing and experiments in the wafer manufacturing plant, and provide technical assistance to process development engineers. You will communicate and interact with the engineering and manufacturing teams in the wafer manufacturing plant to efficiently solve problems in the product manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the status of the production line and maintain normal production.
  • Set up, monitor, and audit equipment in operation and provide guidance to production line operators.
  • Responsible for new product testing and providing technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
  • Support process engineers to conduct technical tests and experiments, ensure the testing process, and help the engineering department identify production quality-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data, and handle abnormal situations of products and machines as soon as possible.
  • Collect and analyze data to review and determine whether products and machines can return to production.
  • Modify and create new production procedures for specific machines.
  • Assist process and test engineers to evaluate, verify, and debug new products and new machines.

About you

Job Requirements:

  • College degree or above, graduating in 2024
  • Electronics/materials/physics/chemistry and other science and engineering majors
  • Accept shift work, adapt to clean room working environment and full body cleanroom suit
  • Basic English skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, C language, PowerPoint, and other office software
  • Quick learning ability
  • Good self-motivation and result-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
