Your role
As a process technician intern at TI, you will work in a constant temperature clean room, be responsible for technical testing and experiments in the wafer manufacturing plant, and provide technical assistance to process development engineers. You will communicate and interact with the engineering and manufacturing teams in the wafer manufacturing plant to efficiently solve problems in the product manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the status of the production line and maintain normal production of the production line.
Set up, monitor, and audit equipment in operation and provide guidance to production line operators.
Responsible for new product testing and providing technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Support process engineers to conduct technical tests and experiments, ensure the testing process, and help the engineering department identify production quality-related issues.
Monitor and analyze relevant data, and handle abnormal situations of products and machines as soon as possible.
Collect and analyze data to review and determine whether products and machines can return to production.
Modify and create new production procedures for specific machines.
Assist process and test engineers to evaluate, verify, and debug new products and new machines.

About you
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, graduating in 2025
Major in science and engineering such as electronics/materials/physics/chemistry
No shift work or overtime during the internship period. After graduation, you will be able to adapt to shift work, a clean room working environment, and full-body clean clothes
Basic English skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, C language, PowerPoint, and other office software
Quick learning ability, good self-motivation, result-oriented
Good communication, expression, and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Internship from July to August, assessment and regularization will be conducted at the end of August. After passing the assessment, you can get the formal offer for the autumn recruitment.
