Your role
Job description:
The production planning engineer is responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing planning and management
The production planning engineer needs to work with TI's global business department, technical department, and other functional departments in an efficient way to coordinate customer orders and production processes to ensure that customer delivery needs are met
You are mainly responsible for executing and coordinating the production planning and scheduling of products at different production stages, so as to complete the production schedule, labor load, and capacity requirements.
According to the time schedule, determine the requirements for materials and production capacity to ensure that the materials meet the production requirements. At the same time, it is necessary to record each production parameter in detail, including all production status and delivery time, and continuously optimize the production plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect production requirements divided by headquarters and deliver shipment plans
Follow up closely and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion of the plan
When unexpected risks occur on the production line, it is necessary to coordinate with other departments to solve production planning problems. (Engineering Department, Logistics, Quality Management, etc.)

Job Requirements:
2024 graduates ( 2022-2023 graduates with less than 24 months of work experience are also welcome to apply), bachelor's degree or above, science and engineering majors, industrial engineering, logistics, and other majors are preferred
