Job description:
As the head of the manufacturing department, you are the controller of production operations, the data analyst, the executor of product quality and output, and the coordinator of various departments. You will:
Lead your front-line production team to achieve production goals, accomplish the mission, and grow together.
Follow up on production status in real-time and cooperate with engineering/quality control/technology departments to solve product- and production-related problems.
Responsible for various projects in TI Chengdu and TI global factories to achieve efficiency improvement, manufacturing cost reduction, and production delivery improvement.
Opportunity to participate in or lead factory automation projects.

Job Requirements:
Graduates from October 2024 to 2025, bachelor's degree or above, regardless of major
Have a passion for the semiconductor industry, an interest in chip manufacturing, and be able to accept the working environment of a dust-free workshop.
Can accept day and night shifts ( work two days and rest two days, day and night shifts rotate every two months, day shift 7:45 ~ 20:00, night shift 19:45 ~ 8:00 )
Strong organization, communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress resistance
Able to read and write in English, proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Bonus points: Experience in organizing social activities as a community leader; basic software programming skills
