Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) for professional and technical training.
• Engage in the FAST Program with tracks in Field Applications and Technical Sales.
• Complete three rotations Field Sales Office, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations.
• Build and manage customer relationships, influence decisions, and grow TI's revenue.
• Use technical expertise and sales tools to identify projects and manage customer relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in local language and English, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions.
• Initiative and strong time management skills.
