Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with monthly filing for AP vouchers, bank statements, and T&E documents
• Preliminary review for staff reimbursements
• Registering AP voucher number
• Preparing AP Aging reports and collecting AP-related data
• Downloading bank statements and preparing bank upload file
• Handling administrative work related to Accounting
• Completing tasks as assigned

About you

To apply for this role successfully, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Having basic knowledge in accounting
• Knowledge of MS Office; outlook, word, and excel
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience from international companies is a plus
