VMware supports its employees in giving back to the community. Recently, I was with my colleagues in Cambodia building a bike shed for Community School Prey Thom, an opportunity that I am very grateful for.

My role as a consultant is to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of VMware technologies, ensuring customers' IT and business goals are achieved.

Being a systems engineer is a very dynamic job which needs constant reinstatement from a learning perspective. There is a lot to learn.

VMware is a company that has a customer-centric approach which really resonates with me as an individual.
