Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage documentation, including translation and file maintenance.
- Submit documents and assist in the purchasing process.
- Organize occupational health exams and detect occupational diseases on-site.
- Handle meeting reception and arrangements.
- Record and verify EHS-related data.
- Monitor and manage on-site operations, including workshops and infrastructure.
- Assist in epidemic prevention efforts.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Chinese and English or German as working languages.
- A value-driven work style, adhering to rules and regulations.
- Accountability for mistakes and the ability to address issues openly.
- Availability for a full-time internship lasting 5-6 months.
