Facility Service Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Department Mission :

Real estate in China/Asia is an essential resource for the development and production of mobility solutions in the Volkswagen Group and aims to provide optimum support for the growth and development targets of the Volkswagen Group.
 
Your Responsibilities :

• Assist in Project Management for a fit out decoration work, including design management, change management, and construction implementation
• Preparation of meetings, presentations, meeting minutes, reports, follow up on schedules
• Support technical review and evaluation
• Participate in Quality assurance processes
• Administration tasks and archiving

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Preferably architectural or engineering background
• Chinese native
• Good English language skills
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, and MS Project is a plus
• Teamwork
• Open-minded, proactive

Compensation & Benefits

• Remuneration 170 RMB/day for Bachelor, 200 RMB/day for Master students gross.
• Living allowance for students who are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing.
• Internship certificate (Only if the actual duration lasts more than 3 months where stability and sense of obligation are demonstrated).
