Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Security & workplace/ Uniform/Cleaning Management supporting
• Support of daily operation of the facility management team
• Support of team projects
• Translation among English, German, and Chinese
• Support of team members’ working-related issues

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

• A student majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
• Fluent in spoken and written German and/or English
• Strong computer skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Patient, careful, and responsible
• Good skills in solving problems, strong personal initiative, and motivation
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
