Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Supports daily tasks in the general purchasing department, including organizing and archiving contracts and documents.
- Prepares and cross-checks cost comparisons.
- Coordinates with business units for the signature and seal process of purchasing documents.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as information collection, meeting preparation, document mailing, and communication.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
- A willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
