Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Communicate with dealers to gather and record vehicle failure information.
- Conduct a pre-analysis based on known complaints.
- Document field complaints in the hotline database.
- Liaise with joint venture contacts to collect failure part details.
- Notify relevant organizational units or individuals about field complaints.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
- An independent working attitude.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Integrity and a value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations.
- Accountability for mistakes and the ability to speak up when issues arise.
- Availability for a full-time internship lasting 5-6 months.
