Your role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attendance management for the whole CH division, e.g. leave & overtime management
  • Business travel booking & reimbursement for HR & Administration Director
  • Visits arrangement, e.g. meeting room booking, facility pre-check, snacks/water, canteen registration, etc
  • Daily signature folder preparation for HR & Administration Director
  • HR team support, e.g. stationery online order, information sharing, holiday plan, new onboarding support
  • Other support for daily work

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

  • Education: Master student majoring in German, English, Business Administration, Law, Education, or related majors
  • Secretary/ Assistant related work or internship experience preferred
  • Proficient usage of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
  • Proficiency in German or English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, good communication, organization and coordination ability, and team spirit
  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations
  • Remain accountable when a mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
