Your role

Your responsibilities include the following: 

• Support the arrangement of the assessments 
• Support the arrangement of the training
• Support the documentation of the training and assessments
• Support the CEA building administration work
• Support the activities of the Academy
• Support the promotion materials preparation of the Academy

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Education: Student majoring in Human Resources, Law, Languages, or a related subject
• English or German proficient
• Proficient usage of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and coordination ability
• Ability to work under pressure and challenge
• Honest, confidential, proactive, strict method of operation
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
