Your Role

Job Responsibilities:

• IT asset management assistant: includes IT computer and accessories preparation, IT hardware and software information maintenance and checking, and IT stockroom Inventory
• IT Client service assistant: includes team coordinator, tickets status check, and document preparation assistant
• Other tasks from the IT helpdesk and onsite engineers need an assistant
• IT new tool testing
• IT user communication and IT service and operation

About You

Required  Qualifications for this role include:

• Students majoring in Information technology, Software development, Computer science, or a comparable field of studies
• Fluent in German or English language
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and good team player
• Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and pro-activeness
• Familiar with basic knowledge of IT
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulation
• Remain accountable when a mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
• You are available for the internship for 4-6 months (full-time)
