IT Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Client service team assistant: help desk or onsite engineer support, including but not limited:
• Computer deployment and replacement, hardware installation and upgrade, and other basic IT problem troubleshooting tasks
• Meeting room IT devices administration
• Assist with the IT inventory management and label management
• Assist the IT infrastructure and IT application team with project topics
• IT spotlight weekly
• IT new technology testing

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Students majoring in Information technology, Software development, Computer science, Network engineering, or a comparable field of studies
• Fluent in German or English language
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and good team player
• Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and pro-activeness
• Familiar with basic knowledge of IT
