ITP Strategy Governance - Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Your Responsibilities: 

• Assist Regional Governance and Administration
• Translate contracts and invoices within the IT Department
• Prepare license offers for entities & generate license budget
• Prepare DLV and help to proceed with the invoice issuing stuff
• Support team with administrative work & organize team training activities
• IT-related support (e.g. Webpage design and content migration)
• Support in cloud strategy and governance topics
• Work with Enterprise Architect on technology evaluation

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Enrolled university student with an outstanding academic record
• Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus)
• Ability to work independently within team, high degree of motivation, initiative, target-oriented, and resilience
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, willingness to learn and contribute
• Strong computer skills using MS Office (PPT and Excel are essential)
• International studying experience preferred
