Your role

Mission and Purpose:

The department Audi China HR & Organization (C/S) is responsible for organizational development, employer branding, and recruitment, talent management, HR governance and process, services for local employees and global expatriates at all locations, employee management, and strategic personnel consultation to each business unit of Audi China.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the internship program of Audi China & key contact for all interns
  • Preparation of on-boarding and off-boarding process for interns
  • Monthly timesheet collection
  • Conduction of new staff orientation for newly on-boarded interns
  • Concept design & organization of intern career day as well as other intern-related activities
  • Support of employer branding (HR marketing) related campaigns, projects and activities
  • Support of WeChat account operation and content creation (奥迪中国招聘 account)
  • Market research  in various fields

About you

Qualifications:

Education Background:

  • Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar studies

Professional Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Photoshop & video editing skills are a plus

Competence Requirements:

  • Ability to work self-organized & attention to details
  • Good team player & self-confident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good in time management.
  • Interest in marketing-related topics and creative

Language Skills:

  • Chinese and English (fluent in both speaking and writing)
