Partnering Tech, Innovation - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Identify technology trends in relevant industries.
• Analyze startups with high business potential.
• Research innovations through news, websites, and industry events.
• Collaborate with business units to define innovation research scope.
• Create presentations on various innovation topics.
• Define an R&D innovation strategy for future tech trends.
• Support pre-development projects for function definition and development.
• Maintain departmental databases and shared folders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like computer science or engineering, with strong auto industry knowledge.
• Experience in a study abroad or foreign exchange program (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A keen interest and knowledge in technology.
• Motivation and a fast-learning ability.
• Responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Skills in moderation and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and photo/video editing.
• At least one internship over three months in a multinational company (preferred).
• Significant experience in innovation, automotive, and digital products (preferred).
• Availability to work 5 days a week for 4-6 months.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
