Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Identify technology trends in relevant industries.
- Analyze startups with high business potential.
- Research innovations through news, websites, and industry events.
- Collaborate with business units to define innovation research scope.
- Create presentations on various innovation topics.
- Define an R&D innovation strategy for future tech trends.
- Support pre-development projects for function definition and development.
- Maintain departmental databases and shared folders.
- Provide administrative and logistical support.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like computer science or engineering, with strong auto industry knowledge.
- Experience in a study abroad or foreign exchange program (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A keen interest and knowledge in technology.
- Motivation and a fast-learning ability.
- Responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Skills in moderation and facilitation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and photo/video editing.
- At least one internship over three months in a multinational company (preferred).
- Significant experience in innovation, automotive, and digital products (preferred).
- Availability to work 5 days a week for 4-6 months.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
