Join VWATJ in Tianjin as a Planning & Project Management Intern, supporting project coordination and digitization initiatives.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Support project lead and coordination
• Organize regular meetings
• Handle project reporting and documentation
• Assist in audit preparation and process
• Prepare and execute workshops
• Support the use of project management methods
• Track open points
• Design organizational processes for data flows as part of digitization initiatives
• Conduct interviews, process mapping, and data analysis

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A major in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Understanding of process management
• Skills in interviewing and data analysis
• Experience with VISIO and BPMN 2.0 is desirable
• Strong responsibility, communication, coordination skills, and team spirit
• Integrity and adherence to rules and regulations
• Accountability and the ability to address mistakes
• Availability for a full-time internship for 5-6 months
