Your role

Department Mission:

At VGC, the VW Brand Product Strategy department is responsible for ensuring a customer-oriented product portfolio that supports VW brand positioning and maximizes brand sales potential.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing general industry trends and competitors’ product offer strategies
• Analyzing competitors, including design/ features/technological/ innovation/regulation
• Market analysis (pricing, offer logic, etc.) and information feedback
• Real-time equipment analysis (for each car project at different milestones)
• Other tasks for product strategy synthesis

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Major in Marketing/Business/Economics or Engineering with profound analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial skills
• Experience in the automotive industry and/or insight into the NEV industry would be beneficial
• Strong data-driven thinking and data analysis skills
• Excellent MS PowerPoint skill
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus

• Remuneration 170 RMB/day for Bachelor, 200 RMB/day for Master students gross
