Project Coordinator Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Description:

C/EI is responsible for Intelligent Cockpit & Body function development and testing under Audi China R&D. The department is located in ACB, which has 3 main divisions: Infotainment Asia, Smart OS & Body Electronics, and System Management. The main tasks of C/EI are the following:

• To define the Asia infotainment function requirement
• To test the functions and system performance
• To take the end-to-end project responsibility

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support department budget & cost reports and documents
• Maintain processes and documents to reach the requirements of ISO9001
• Project support including slide preparation, meeting arrangement & documents
• Team event organization
• Team admin jobs including seal & application forms etc.
• Daily operation tasks ad hoc.

About you

Education Background:

• Bachelor or Master's student in university

Competence Requirements:

• Well-organized, detail-oriented & open-minded

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English, German is a plus
