Your role

Department Mission:

• QA Emission
• Product Technique
• Vehicle Project& QA Audits
• QA Compliance
• Technical Service
• Smart Quality

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the department in organizing activities and other management tasks.
• Assist in internal and external audit work within the department.
• Organize meetings and seminars to assist in departmental strategic development.
• Communicate affairs with other department leaders and employees.
• Daily assistance in data collection, printing materials, etc.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Bachelor or above degrees in engineering or management-related fields.
• Language skills: Fluent English, Preferred German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software(focus on PowerPoint and Excel).
• Team working spirit, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and self-reflection.
• Ability to strongly understand and grasp key points.

Compensation & benefits

What Volkswagen Can Offer:

• Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor, 180 RMB/day for Master students gross.
• Housing allowance of up to RMB 4000 for students who are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing.
• Internship certificate (Only if the actual duration lasts more than 3 months where stability and sense of obligation are demonstrated).
