Your role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complaint pre-analysis
    • Gathering complaint information
    • Identifying failure topics according to work instruction
    • Complaint cases are distributed to analysis engineers
  • Analyze field complaints
    • Arrange a standard test
    • Arrange necessary measurements to identify failure
  • Documenting the test results and reporting
  • Analysis tooling/equipment purchase
  • Pre-analysis process optimization

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in mechanical engineering
  • English or German proficient
  • Independent working attitude
  • Strong technical problem-handling and solving skills
  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations
  • Remain accountable when a mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong

Training & development

Note that you should be available for the full-time internship for 5-6 months.
