Your role

Your Responsibilities: 

  • To deal with VW Group supplier manufacturer code approval in region China, including examining relevant documents and sending approval letters to suppliers worldwide
  • To support the QA Manager Conference in region China, including arrangement of the meeting topics, invitation to participants, meeting minutes writing, etc.
  • To support supplier audit/assessment before and after nomination, purchased parts maturity level control, escalation meeting, and so on
  • To assist department daily work, such as data analysis, to make Excel, PPT, or Word files, and so forth
  • To contact suppliers/VW plants in China and worldwide, support to providing information they need as VW China Group function

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Currently studying in a college or university
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly Team-work & Communication ability
  • Self-initiative learning and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new things and strong responsibility
  • Chinese native, fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
