Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support product support and fault elimination processes.
- Conduct technical product and data analysis.
- Assist in SW-flashing in cars and over-the-air updates.
- Prepare tools and equipment for onsite analysis.
- Document wiring harnesses and support dealer communications.
- Optimize data storage and create standardized reports.
- Engage in service-engineering projects and develop diagnostic handbooks.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electric/electronics, automotive or mechanical engineering, or information science.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of development processes and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English; German and Chinese are desirable.

- Interns will gain practical experience in fault analysis, process improvement, and customer service-oriented repair solutions.
