Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in analyzing business data to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Support the collection and consolidation of evaluations and feedback from business units.
- Collaborate with other business units, external consultants, and VW entities in China.
- Facilitate management reports and presentations.
- Participate in project preparation and discussions, including arranging meetings.
- Support team initiatives by modifying PowerPoint and Excel documents.
- Perform other documentation tasks and essential functions as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- University enrollment in finance or corporate management with outstanding academic records.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of COSO.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
