Sales and Marketing Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

About the Team:

Representing Audi China, C/V (Sales and Marketing) EVP office is in charge of the following:

• Overall sales management
• Product marketing
• Network management
• Brand and marketing etc.
• Working together with AUDI AG and Joint Ventures (JVs)

Your Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customer-facing topics and competitors analysis to identify market trends
• Market research of auto, NEV industry, third-party report, and general insight
• Translates internal documents, reviews, and edits translated content to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Consolidates content for the internal monthly newspaper, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, reviews and corrects typos and grammatical errors to maintain high-quality
• Assists in the preparation of presentation slides and report drafts, ensures all materials are visually appealing, and effectively communicates key messages
• Other administration supports, including meeting room reservations and assisting in the organization of town hall meetings, providing general support to ensure smooth operations within the office

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

Education Background:

• Proceeded Bachelor or Master studies Major in Marketing, Economics, Science, Finance, and Business Administration or a related field

Professional Skills:

• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Teams, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of marketing and market research

Competence Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure
• “Can Do” attitude
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment
• Consulting or agency internship background is preferred

Language Skills:

• Proficient listening, written, and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
