Your role

Your Responsibilities:

• To deal with VW Group supplier manufacturer code approval in region China, including examining relevant documents and sending approval letters to suppliers worldwide.
• To support the QA Manager Conference in region China, including arrangement of the meeting topics, invitation to participants, meeting minutes writing, etc.
• To support supplier audit/assessment before and after nomination, purchased parts maturity level control, escalation meeting, and so on.
• To assist department daily work, such as data analysis, to make Excel, PPT, or Word files, and so forth.
• To contact suppliers/VW plants in China and worldwide, support to providing information they need as VW China Group function

About you

Required qualifications:

• Currently studying in a college or university
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly Team-work & Communication ability
• Self-initiative learning and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new things and strong responsibility
• Chinese native, fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
• Availability for 5 days per Week
