TP Head Office Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Arrange the calendar of the Head of Production DQ, considering travel time and locations
• Meeting arrangement & meeting minutes/protocol
• Organization of business trips and Team Buildings
• Ordering and management of office supplies
• Approving meeting room applications
• Preparation and management of guest cards for canteen usage
• Supply of snacks and drinks for meetings if necessary
• Other administrative duties
• Special tasks & assignments

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Study of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program
• Chinese native speaker, English fluent in written form and speaking mandatory
• German knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory
• Being very familiar with MS Outlook, Notes, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word would also be helpful
• High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work
• Strong ability to cooperate and flexibility
• Secretarial experience desirable
• Friendly appearance and communication, self-disciplined and discreet
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulation
• Remain accountable when a mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
