Your role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the arrangement of training
  • Support the arrangement of assessment centers
  • Files consolidation, training information update, and data maintenance
  • Implement CEA building administration work
  • Support for the organization of educational activities
  • Support the promotion materials preparation of the Academy

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

  • Education: Student majoring in human resources, law, languages, or a related subject
  • English or German proficient
  • Proficient usage of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and coordination ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and challenge
  • Honest, confidential, proactive, strict method of operation
  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations.
  • Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong

Training & development

Each intern at Volkswagen Group will be supported by a mentor, who will offer advice and assistance. With Volkswagen, you're not just there to make the tea. You're there to learn too. That's why, usually after only a short time, you will be given your projects to manage, and you will be given assistance throughout your internship from experienced colleagues. Note that you should be available for the internship for 5-6 months (full-time).
