How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible. Accommodates any need to work from home or work slightly different hours compared to 9-5 very well.

As long as 40 hours is completed in a week, there isn't a set time of when you come in or leave. Although, working with a team requires you to come in at least by 9am. Working from home is also an option that the company offers.

On a standard week I work 40hrs. With busy weeks pushing 50hrs if required. I work most of my hours in the beginning of the week and go home earlier and earlier throughout the week. The flexibility is high, and usually as long as you do your 40hrs of work, the managers do not mind. Some people do 40hrs weeks over 4days.

I work on site. I need to be in and out at specific times When I used to work in the Perth office the hours were flexible. As long as we did 40 hours per week there was no issue

Your flexibility depends on your manager. Mine is adequately flexible, there is no pressure to arrive and leave at any specific time.

9-5 and more if I need to. Working from home is a good option.

As long as you make up 40 hours a week, I think it is still important to be in the office everyday as it makes work discussion easier. I aim for 8 to 8.25 hours per day. Option for taking rotation leave on Friday is also available, which you work 9 hours every Monday to Thursday, and you get to take a day off on every fortnight Friday.
